v1.3.2 — Immediate corrective release

  • Added a persistent light/dark theme toggle across Secure DNS pages.
  • Reduced the reliable negative resolver-verification window to about six seconds and accelerated positive polling.
  • Added bounded public-authority health caching without turning uncertainty into a negative result.
  • Hardened the external monitor for Miko’s Apache, BIND and /home/check/public_html topology.
  • Added live external monitor integration for scott.ovh/status.php, with stale data forced to Unknown.
